This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped by Edge Research Peptides.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via USPS within the United States. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other external factors beyond our control.
We currently ship only within the United States.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors once the package has been shipped.
We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on orders at our discretion.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Edge Research Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Edge Research Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and contents when reaching out.

All products sold on this website are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption.
10. Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
