Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
If verified, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Provide store credit at our discretion
Lost or Missing Packages
Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.
We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Monitoring tracking updates
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed quickly after submission
- Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of this agreement.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be reported and disputed with supporting evidence.

- Provide all order, tracking, and communication records to the payment processor to contest disputes
